We process your security camera footage to ensure the safety of you, EZELDEN TEXTILE, its employees, and other third parties against any unlawful acts, crimes, or behaviors that may occur in stores, and to fulfill our obligations to judicial authorities such as providing information and documents.
We process your identity (name and surname), contact information (email address, phone number), and shopping data (purchase date, quantity, contents, payment method, and payment details) to complete the purchase, to distinguish your records from other customers, to enable you to benefit from after-sales operational services (alterations, product inspection, etc.) without invoice/receipt presentation, to send you the related e-invoice/e-archive invoice, and to supply products not available in our stores directly to you.
Where necessary, we process your bank account information for refunds to be made to your account during return processes.
We process your identity, contact, and invoice information for invoice issuance and, in some cases, for current account and reconciliation transactions. If you are a taxpayer, we process additional invoice data (Turkish ID/Tax number, sole proprietorship information).
If you choose to pay by credit card, we process your credit card information to receive the payment (credit card data is transmitted directly to the payment provider without being stored by us).
We process your identity (name, surname), membership number, contact details (phone number, email, address), and purchase data (dates, times, quantities, contents of purchases, earned points, and other information enabling you to benefit from loyalty campaigns) to conduct loyalty card membership procedures, fulfill our obligations under loyalty card programs, allow you to benefit from campaigns, determine your eligibility for other loyalty programs or program switches, provide membership notifications, and enable you to use and query your earned points.
For marketing purposes such as creating general or personalized campaigns, advantages, promotions, advertisements, organizing contests, sweepstakes, and other activities, segmentation, reporting, profiling, marketing, and analysis, and carrying out marketing/communication activities (notifications, pop-ups, personalized offers, customized user screens, ads, searches, surveys, etc.) on mobile applications, websites, or other third-party platforms belonging to EZELDEN TEXTILE, we process marketing data (birthdate, gender, city, district, demographic data, approaches to notifications/surveys/offers/campaigns on website and mobile app, habits, favorites, likes, behaviors, preferences, search activities, segments, past purchases, complaints, call records, return/cancellation information, cookie records, cookie and advertising identifiers/device IDs, payment methods and preferences, mobile app usage duration, version info, communication preferences, purchase amount, payment channels, bank information where payment occurred, device brand, model, technical features, operating system info, operator information, survey answers, etc.).
We process your identity (name, surname), contact information (email, phone number, address), and purchase data (purchase date, time, quantity, contents, payment method and details) for order processing, packaging, preparing dispatch documents, shipping, updating delivery information, ensuring delivery to you or enabling pickup from stores, distinguishing your records from other customers, fulfilling after-sales operational procedures (alterations, exchanges, returns, product inspection), and sending e-invoices related to your purchase.
For invoice issuance, we process your identity and invoice data; if you are a taxpayer, we also process additional invoice information (Turkish ID number, tax number, sole proprietorship details).
If you choose credit card payment, we process your credit card data as explained above.
If products are sent to you by third parties via website/mobile app, we process your name, phone number, and address to deliver the order to you.
We process usage data of the website and mobile app to detect and fix technical/software errors and deficiencies encountered during your visits and use.
We process your identity (name, surname), contact (email address, phone number), and password data to perform membership procedures, fulfill the membership agreement, enable member login, and provide membership notifications.
We process your identity and contact data (phone number, email, delivery and billing address) to allow shopping without re-entering information for each purchase on the website/mobile app.
We process your purchase history data (purchase date, time, quantity, contents, payment details) to enable you to view your order history as a member.
We process your purchase information from stores and the website to allow you to benefit from special membership programs, personalized offers, earn points, and redeem them.
For marketing, campaign management, segmentation, profiling, reporting, analysis, and improving user experience on the website/mobile app or third-party platforms, as well as marketing communications and advertisements, we process marketing data as described above.
Upon your consent/permission for commercial communication, we process your identity and contact data to send general or personalized campaigns, promotions, advertisements, notifications, and conduct marketing activities (SMS, email, calls, etc.) related to loyalty card or website membership. This includes customer satisfaction surveys, invitations to campaigns, contests, sweepstakes, openings, and other events.
To enable corporate customers to benefit from bulk gift card applications or gift cards directly created for you by us, and to use discounts on EZELDEN TEXTILE brands, we process your name, surname, and phone number.
If you contact our corporate sales department, we process your identity, contact (email, phone), customer transaction data (offers, orders, shipment info), invoice data, and your employer information to prepare and send offers, forward accepted offers to relevant stores, ship products to you, and communicate for necessary cases and new order processes.

When you contact us via communication channels (call center, email, website, mobile app, social media, etc.), we process your identity, contact (address, email, phone), customer transaction data (requests, complaints, purchase info, gift/discount/benefit usage), and if necessary, legal process data, to resolve your issues and complaints and to contact you if needed. We also process call center voice recordings for customer satisfaction efforts and as evidence in disputes.
We process your identity, contact, purchase, invoice, and transaction security (log records) data to fulfill our legal obligations arising from legislation and to comply with other legal obligations towards authorized public institutions and organizations.
In case of disputes, we process your data to exercise all rights such as lawsuits, responses, objections, to manage negotiation and settlement processes, and provide requested information. We also process data for internal audits, control, reporting, testing, development, and improvement activities.
We process identity, contact, credit card information (only first 6 and last 4 digits), purchase and order data, and transaction security information to prevent misuse contrary to membership agreements, laws, and ethics, to detect suspicious or illegal use, and to perform blocking and unblocking operations.
We may share your personal data with companies authorized as data processors; our suppliers, business partners; electronic communication, cargo, logistics, software, marketing, IT, infrastructure service providers; payment institutions; relevant public authorities; judicial authorities and law enforcement; authorized private security units; and other persons or institutions authorized by legislation and responsible for personal data requests.
Your personal data is collected through security cameras installed in our stores, during store sales and after-sales processes, membership procedures, website and mobile app usage and purchases, participation in campaigns and commercial communication processes, communication with our call center, website and mobile app cookies, and obtained from public institutions in accordance with the procedures and principles stipulated by the Law.
The main legal grounds for processing your personal data are the provisions of Article 5 of the Law, including “establishment or performance of a contract,” “fulfillment of legal obligations,” “explicit consent of the data subject,” and “legitimate interest.”
To exercise your rights regulated under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you can apply to EZELDEN TEXTILE in writing by filling out the application form attached as Annex-1 or via your registered electronic mail address.
