If you have not yet made the payment for your order, there is no need to contact us for cancellation. We do not process orders until a matching payment is received. If your order is more than a week old and still unpaid, you cannot "reactivate" it by sending a payment, as individual item prices, currency conversions, and shipping fees may have changed. You will need to place a new order with a fresh shopping cart.
Cancellation after payment:
If you have already made the payment for an order and wish to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service Department at support.atelierdifalco.com or call your customer representative as soon as possible.
If you are unsure about your order or wish to modify it, please contact our Customer Service Department and request to put the order on hold until you decide. This will suspend the packaging process while you make changes.
If the package has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
If you want to cancel an order just to add more items, there is no need to cancel the entire order. Simply contact our Customer Service Department, and we will update your order accordingly. Generally, there is no additional charge for this service.
In most cases, if your order is still in the early stages of processing, you can modify or cancel it. You can request a refund or use the payment as a credit for future orders.
If the package cannot be delivered on time due to war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, or any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, the delivery may be delayed. In case of such delays, we will work on the issue until a positive solution is found.
